The following is a sampling of client reviews for the attorneys in our Leesburg office:
“★★★★★ I had the pleasure of hiring a team of women that get the job done, Amanda [Stone Swart] and Jenny. By no means was my divorce the most complicated in the history of human matrimony, but to me it was the only one that mattered. My mother told me to hire an attorney who was a bulldog, so I needed a team who would not fold like a lawn chair when faced with manipulation. I was confident this is what I got. They never seemed to have any interest in mind, other than mine. From day one, I was comfortable communicating with them and had confidence that I made the right choice. I never had to wait for a response to any question I had. My divorce was complete in less than a year and they made every effort possible to keep the costs down wherever possible. I highly recommend the services of Amanda and Jenny. Thank you. :)” – Tony C.
“★★★★★ I contacted Livesay & Myers after searching the web for military divorce attorneys in Virginia. My divorce was complicated and I needed someone to start resolving the little obstacles and concentrate on the larger issues. I met with Jonathan McHugh for a consultation. He was patient, extremely professional and thorough and made me feel at ease that all my issues would be resolved in a timely manner. Jonathan’s knowledge of the military and estate issues was extensive. After 24 years of abuse, Jonathan, along with his paralegal, Tatyana Spurgeon, helped me see the light at the end of the tunnel. Both of them were quick to respond to any inquiries I had. I felt very comfortable being represented by Livesay & Myers, as I now know personally that Attorney Jonathan McHugh and his paralegal, Tatyana, fought and succeeded in every aspect of my divorce. Even after the divorce was final, Jonathan and Tatyana continued to be attentive to all the financial details that needed to be followed up to conclusion. I feel very comfortable in recommending their services to anyone who needs to accomplish a positive end result from a difficult situation.” – Karen H.
“Anne Prentice and her staff (Jenny Peshoff) were just great. I contacted their office in late Dec. 2016 in need of a quick uncontested divorce. I had been married for over 30 years and had just never bothered to close the loop legally. Anne and her staff were quick to advise, assist, and pretty much hold my hand through what was a tough, letting go process for me. Every email and or phone call I made regarding information on the next steps etc, were answered quickly. Actually they always beat me to the punch, by informing before I could think to ask. I am happy I chose Anne Prentice to represent me, and hope others chose her to represent them. I found her firm to be professional and trustworthy. My divorce wasn’t painless as it’s truly hard to let go of a person who has been your friend for so long, however it’s best done with a team of professionals who understand and have your back. Thanks guys:)” – Roxanne
