Our law firm is fully equipped with state-of-the-art technology that allows us to represent clients without them ever stepping foot in our office.

• Our attorneys can handle all initial consultations and client meetings over the telephone.
• If you prefer, we are fully equipped to video conference (Zoom, Skype or Google Hangouts).
• All of the documents we need to start working on your case can be sent via email, and can be returned in the same way (if you have access to a scanner or download a free scanning app for your phone).
• Many of our opposing counsel in Northern Virginia are still open for business, which means we can actively communicate with them to negotiate on behalf of our clients.

We are grateful that our technology allows our attorneys to work remotely, allowing us to continue to serve you. Thank you for your trust in us. Together, we will get through this stronger than ever.

Update 3/14/22: Livesay & Myers, P.C. has resumed in-person consultations. We will continue to offer consultations by telephone or video conference as well. Masks will be required for all visitors to our offices.
