Coronavirus: Precautions and Procedures at Livesay & Myers, P.C.

At ​Livesay & Myers, P.C. the safety of our ​clients, attorneys and staff is ​our top priority. While our firm follows health and safety standards and procedures on a daily basis, we have also adopted several extra precautions to ensure everyone stays healthy during this time of heightened concern about Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19).

What We Are Doing

We are closely monitoring updates and recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and following the latest CDC guidance.

We are ​disinfecting all hand-contact surfaces in our offices frequently throughout each day.

We are stressing to our entire staff the importance of thorough and frequent hand-washing with soap and water for at least 20 seconds each time.

We have instructed our employees to stay away from the office if they are sick or have come in contact with anyone who has COVID-19.

What We Offer

In addition the above, we now offer options for initial consultations or client meetings to be done via telephone or video conference (Zoom or Skype). Livesay & Myers, P.C. is determined to keep our employees and clients safe while continuing to provide the best legal representation possible to residents of Northern Virginia. Update 3/14/22: Livesay & Myers, P.C. has resumed in-person consultations. We will continue to offer consultations by telephone or video conference as well. Masks will be required for all visitors to our offices.
