During my divorce proceedings, I worked with Alyssa Grzesiak and Brittany Gordon. I have not had much contact or use for lawyers in the past, so I was a bit nervous at first. However, from the first consultation I felt comfortable. There were no stupid questions and Alyssa always answered with knowledge, competence, and understanding. For me, high competence was not the only criteria I was looking for; I also wanted to feel valued, understood, and not looked down upon. Alyssa and Brittany provided that for me. The office staff were uniformly courteous, especially Desiree at the front desk (in Ashburn). Even the judge, at the final hearing, complimented Alyssa. Finally, mind was a same-sex marriage divorce and wondered if I’d feel any disapproval for that. Not once did I detect any such attitude, so if you are in the same boat, this firm is recommended definitely.
