Daniel Turczan is an associate attorney at Livesay & Myers, P.C., practicing exclusively family law. His practice covers every type of family law matter in Virginia, including separation, divorce, custody, visitation and support cases. Mr. Turczan works in the firm’s Fredericksburg office and represents clients across Northern Virginia.
Mr. Turczan earned dual B.A. degrees in Psychology and Philosophy, cum laude, from the University at Buffalo (UB) in 2001. He went on to attend UB School of Law, graduating in 2004.
Having decided on September 11, 2001 to serve his country, Mr. Turczan enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps after completing law school. From 2005 to 2009, he served as a Machine Gunner, leading a squad in over 225 combat operations across both Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom.
An attorney since 2011, Mr. Turczan has worked primarily in the field of family law and as a Guardian ad Litem in nine jurisdictions across Northern Virginia, including representing over 1,000 clients at Legal Aid Works and in private practice in Fredericksburg.

Mr. Turczan resides in Stafford, Virginia with his wife, two children and two dogs.
