Daniel Turczan is an associate attorney at Livesay & Myers, P.C., practicing exclusively family law. His practice covers every type of family law matter in Virginia, including separation, divorce, custody, visitation and support cases. Mr. Turczan works in the firm’s Fredericksburg-Stafford office, and represents clients across Northern Virginia.
An attorney since 2011, Mr. Turczan has worked primarily in the field of family law and as a Guardian ad Litem in nine jurisdictions across Northern Virginia, including representing over 1,000 clients at Legal Aid Works and in private practice in Fredericksburg.
Prior to beginning his legal career, Mr. Turczan graduated from the University at Buffalo (UB) School of Law in 2004. Before that, he earned dual B.A. degrees in Psychology and Philosophy, cum laude, from UB in 2001.
After law school, and shortly after 9/11, Mr. Turczan felt the call to serve in the U.S. Marine Corps, acting as a Machine Gunner and leading a squad in over 225 combat operations across four years in both Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom.

Mr. Turczan resides in Stafford, Virginia with his wife, two children and dogs.
