To be eligible for a ranking, a firm must have at least one lawyer recognized in the 2021 edition of The Best Lawyers in America, which recognizes the top 5% of private practicing lawyers in the United States. Livesay & Myers, P.C. is ranked for the fourth consecutive year as a Tier 2 firm in Family Law for the Washington, D.C. region. The firm had two attorneys recognized in the 2021 edition of The Best Lawyers in America: junior partner Matthew Smith and lead senior associate Andrew Tank. This was Mr. Smith’s fourth consecutive year on the Best Lawyers list, and Mr. Tank’s debut on the list.
