Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch recognizes attorneys who are earlier in their careers for professional excellence in private practice.

Best Lawyers believes the quality of their peer-review survey directly relates to the quality of voters, so only lawyers who were previously recognized by Best Lawyers were asked to review their constituents for the 2024 recognitions.
For the 2024 edition of The Best Lawyers in America, Best Lawyers analyzed more than 13.7 million surveys, resulting in the recognition of only 5% of lawyers in the United States.
For the 2024 edition of Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America, Best Lawyers analyzed more than 2.4 million surveys, resulting in more than 25,000 lawyers being honored in the new edition.
